Fat Friday Recipe!!!!

WARNING!!!! You will become addicted to these brownies! I like to make these whenever I go to a cookout, picnic, or well just anytime the chocolate craving hits. Now my presentation is off, but I don't care these are too yummy to care what they look like. :-)

Brownie Delight

Bake a family size brownie mix according to the package directions in a 9X13 pan. Let the brownies cool completely. Now take a container of vanilla frosting (doesn't matter what kind, but I prefer the lighter whipped ones) and spread over the brownies. This next part is up to you... sprinkle a few chopped nuts over the frosting. (My family hates nuts except me so we don't get nuts.)

Now Mix togther a bag of chocolate chips (12oz), 1 cup peanut Butter, 1 Tablespoon butter/maragarine and melt over double boiler.

This is the way I do it... Put a little water in the bottom pan and set the other bowl down inside.

Once the mixture is melted add 3 cups Rice Krispies and stir togther. Spread this mixture over the top of the frosting and nuts. That's it!!! Now how easy is that.

  8. Ahh girl you got me so excited and then you added PB to the recipe. I LOVE PB but NOT with chocolate. I know, I am in the minority there but what can I say. LOL

I'd LOVE for you to go shopping with me - we'd have a blast!

  9. Oh ya I've made these before and they are awesome. One of those things you only make when company is coming because you could eat them all by yourself.
