Bone Of My Bone Pattern

Thank you everyone for your kind comments on my last post.  It really takes a lot for me to write about my family.  But, you know what I've said from the beginning, I'm not here only to report how wonderful my life is and that I have no struggles.  I want you all to know I am as real as it gets.  I am like any of you reading this blog.  Many of you know my life hasn't been a bed of roses. I've not always made great choices and everything isn't peachy keen.  There are blogs that I read that there is never a problem or obstacle in their life anywhere on their posts.  Sometimes I want to read where they too struggle and have issues.  I know that's mean and some want their blogs to be all positive and that is great! But hey I make mistakes and have learned from them.  It makes me into who I am today. :-)  If I can help someone out there in blogland from making the mistakes I did then my job is done.

Anyway,  I just wanted to pop in a show you my newest stitchery pattern I made.  I just LOVE it!!!!

Bone of my Bone

Just send me an email if you would like to purchase it.  The PDF version is $7.50 while a mailed copy is $10.00 including shipping.

Just a quick note that prom is Saturday, so I hope to have pictures up and posted by Sunday of my daughter!!!!

  1. I really like your new stitchery and again wish I wasn't on a stash diet this year...dang it's the only diet in my life that I've stuck with for more than a week.

And thank you for keeping real life on your blog. We all struggle and need support from our friends no matter if they are close or far away. I admire your daughter and you for everything that you have accomplished and will continue to accomplish every day!

  2. I read your last post Mary and you know I've been following you for some time....you were the first gal that answered an email about blogging...I knew nothing and included me in my very first swap. I admire you, prayed for you and yours and though I've not been around much continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Like they say "it is what it is" and that's how life goes. If we don't learn from our mistakes what's the use in making them? Right? No one should judge. None of us are perfect. I admire you for keeping it real.
Bless you for being the parent that you are and standing up for your daughter and wanting more for her!
    Bless you,
    Sheila
