WARNING!!!! You will become addicted to these brownies! I like to make these whenever I go to a cookout, picnic, or well just anytime the chocolate craving hits. Now my presentation is off, but I don't care these are too yummy to care what they look like. :-)
Brownie Delight
Bake a family size brownie mix according to the package directions in a 9X13 pan. Let the brownies cool completely. Now take a container of vanilla frosting (doesn't matter what kind, but I prefer the lighter whipped ones) and spread over the brownies. This next part is up to you... sprinkle a few chopped nuts over the frosting. (My family hates nuts except me so we don't get nuts.)
Now Mix togther a bag of chocolate chips (12oz), 1 cup peanut Butter, 1 Tablespoon butter/maragarine and melt over double boiler.
This is the way I do it... Put a little water in the bottom pan and set the other bowl down inside.
Once the mixture is melted add 3 cups Rice Krispies and stir togther. Spread this mixture over the top of the frosting and nuts. That's it!!! Now how easy is that.
Come off of it! I just gained 12 lbs. just reading the recipe. I can't wait to try this!!! YUMMM!

Ahh girl you got me so excited and then you added PB to the recipe. I LOVE PB but NOT with chocolate. I know, I am in the minority there but what can I say. LOL
ReplyDeleteI'd LOVE for you to go shopping with me - we'd have a blast!
Oh ya I've made these before and they are awesome. One of those things you only make when company is coming because you could eat them all by yourself.
