So this is the dining room. LOL Remember that commercial that was on a long time ago? As promised I cleaned up my crafting stuff and snapped some pictures. I love taking pictures in the evening but sometimes they are hard to see as you can tell. So come on in and look around. Once again Merry Christmas!!!!
I have to share this special early Christmas present I just received while writing this entry. The phone just rang and it showed up on my caller ID that it was a local hospital that I have had dealings with. If you'll remember this spring I was having major health issues and had some procedures done. Well, of course I received a bill this summer for my portion after insurance had paid. Of course I didn't have the money to pay it and there is no setting up any special payment plans with this hospital that I had to charge almost $1000.00 on a credit card. This is the weird part. The phone call was the hospital saying that the insurance just paid the bill that I had already paid and that they would be refunding my payment in full. Isn't it strange how God works in mysterious ways?
WOOHOO on that phone call Mary! What great timing too - in time for Christmas and heating bills huh?!!

What a blessing that phone call was! God is good ALL the time!!
ReplyDeleteI so enjoy looking at all the photos you've posted. Everything is just so well put together. And thank you for posting a picture with fruit. While I was putting out our Christmas decorations I hung a picture of a wooden trencher bowl with red/green apples. My seven year old asked me what apples had to do with Christmas. I told her I liked it because they're red/green which are common Christmas colors. I also showed her pics from the Colonial Williamsburg site where fruit was used. She discounted the web site saying they weren't "real" people. Now I can show her that "real" people do decorate with fruit.
Have a wonderful day!
Now that is a fun phone call to receive during this time of the year :) I am happy for you!
